Procurement Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the procurement and receipt of raw materials.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage & supply of Raw Materials. With a focus on quality and safety, you will ensure that our packaging materials are available on time to our Manufacturing teams.

  • Perform timely unload, receipt and putaway of Inbound Raw Materials.
  • Inspect all materials on arrival to ensure the quantity of items are correct and quality is acceptable per approved standards.
  • Execute and complete receipt of goods in our system.
  • Perform cycle counting for raw materials as required.
  • Stage and replenish materials to beverage line production areas according to planned schedule.
  • Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain compliance, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1-2 years plus of forklift experience – Counter-Balance and High Reach
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Inbound Receiving – unloading and putaway skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
