**About the Role**

This is a temporary parental leave coverage position. You’ll be joining the team at a really exciting period, as the Human Resources team is currently bringing on board a new HRIS.

Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

- Play a key role in the implementation and adoption of Manningham’s HRIS in the Recruitment, Onboarding and HR Forms modules.
- Plan, create and deliver Intranet hosted learning content on how to navigate and use the HRIS modules, and assist the Human Resources Coordinator to deliver training to people leaders on these new modules.

You will also be a valued advisor to our people leaders for support with all things recruitment, such as participating in interview panels.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation and configuration of a HRIS or related HR systems.
- A competent communicator, both verbal and written, who can influence people outcomes in a diverse and complex business environment
- An ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- An ability to work within our policies and processes, yet guide changes and improvements in work requirements
- With an ability to build rapport and engagement with the people leaders across Manningham Council
