We are looking for a part-time (3 days per week) **People & Culture Advisor **whose primary focus is to deliver high quality, professional and sound advice and support to Onemda and its leaders on day-to-day staff and employment matters.

Your role will mainly comprise of:

- Proactively advise on and support the operational delivery of all P&C processes and initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner business unit leads and hiring managers in the end-to-end Onemda recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview and other assessment facilitation and feedback to enquire appropriately skilled talent is appointed to Onemda within agreed timeframes.
- Interpret and provide advice on policies, awards and agreements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Provide advice and support to managers on moderately complex people issues.
- Maintain HRIS and employment records as required to meet compliance obligations.
- Coordinate learning and development (L&D) strategy including analysis of team and organisational L&D needs, and development and maintenance of annual compliance program.
- Promote and provide active leadership for a safe working environment at Onemda.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor level qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a professional generalist human resources role, preferably in a health, disability or not-for-profit or environment.
- Experience in supporting and advising on human resource activities across the employment lifecycle.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children's Check.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a not-for-profit organisation highly desirable.
- AHRI accreditation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 per week
