**About the role at Vial**

We’re looking to hire a Manager, Proposals and Contracts with a genuine passion for clinical research and working in a dynamic environment for a high growth organization. This role will be a key contributor to the evolution of Vial’s business development group, and will hold the responsibilities associated with managing a team of Proposals and Contracts Associates to ensure timely and accurate responses to sponsor RFPs, development of high quality proposals, contracts, and process improvement initiatives within the business development process.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
