Delivery Lead/product Owner

- Facilitate discovery/inception workshops with users and stakeholders (success metrics, feature breakdown into epics, define MVP, gather requirements).
- Write acceptance criteria for each user story.
- Kick-off features and user stories with developers and team.
- Maintain the integrity of MVP and the story backlog constantly prioritised.
- Utilise and promote Agile/Lean values and practices.
- Lead an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.
- Plan and track delivery of features (with support from Delivery Principal).
- Lead/facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, retrospective, review, stand up).
- Be a champion for continuous improvement, with a focus on team/organisation health.

**To be successful in the role you’ll have the following skills**:

- An in-depth knowledge of various different Agile/Lean values and practices.
- Experience with leading an agile delivery team, providing leadership and a disciplined approach.
- Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories.
