- **Initial 6 Month Contract**

**Role Summary**

As the Product Owner you will be collaborating with the Program Team and Delivery Lead with a large focus on managing development and delivery of the digital program of work to ensure product planning for a large scale digital transformation of a large government agency.

**About the Role**

This role requires accountability;
- To lead and manage stakeholder engagement to understand business goals, metrics and strategy to be incorporated into product planning.
- Engage and the design system to understand the dynamics and goals of users.
- Optimising delivery by identifying and recommending appropriate solutions to complex problems.
- Working with user experience and user research teams to analyse user behaviour and needs.
- Support the roadmap delivery to fulfil the product vision by building and launching product features.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders. As well as the liaison between the business and program team. With a close working relationship with the Business Analysts and Change Managers.
- Experience in digital design systems and working with high frequency agile sprint perspectives.
- Product Management and Development. Understand flow from service design, customer experience strategy and product features.
- Understanding end user requirements to ensure the development and implementation of effective CMS system
- that enhance and streamline user experience
- With new technologies, methodologies and approaches.
