**How will I help?**

The Manager, Planning & Governance is responsible for:

- Facilitating the Consumer Capability team's portfolio planning process for agreed capability requirements
- Overseeing the team's capability investment, including tracking spend, ensuring alignment to strategy and performance parameters, and managing risks
- Preparing collateral for governance forums to facilitate decision making
- Management and oversight of all aspects of the Consumer Capability team operation including budgets, team capacity, risk management, HR related support
- Implementing project portfolio frameworks, models and processes to ensure projects are prioritised based on alignment to capability strategy and business value, resources are optimised to maximise overall portfolio value, and projects are properly planned and interdependencies are identified and managed
- Partner with Division and Enterprise HR ensure integration of enterprise learning programs as agreed through the governance model
- Facilitate the Consumer Capability team operating cadence in consultation with Head of and Senior Managers

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience developing of annual and quarterly plans to implement the overall capability strategy
- Experience with development and implementation of the governance & financial management framework, including operating cadence as well as development and implementation of a project portfolio framework, including operating cadence
- You have previously looked after Consumer Capability team operations
- You have exceptional stakeholder experience
