- The Junior Final Art/Digital Designer position is responsible for the creation and roll out of final digital art and original design assets for SBS marketing, in-line with SBS’s overall Marketing strategy. Working closely with the Snr Designer and Producer, the position will be primarily responsible for the roll out of final digital art at scale across a wide range of platforms._

**_ Main tasks of the role_**
- Produce final art assets for a range of digital deliverables and occasionally print deliverables.
- Assist in the development and creation of original creative for digital, social media, motion & print.
- Support campaign teams with the rollout of design campaign assets.
- Keep up to date with digital industry marketing trends and tech developments
- Work in collaboration with Senior Designers to deliver creative solutions to briefs
- Execute creative to agreed timelines and scope
- Develop a creative culture, creating a positive inspiring place to work
- Comply with your OH&S responsibilities as outlined in SBS’s Health and Safety Management Arrangements (HSMA) (refer "Employees" in Attachment B of the HSMA)

**_ Requirements of the role_**
- Proficient in digital & print design and be able to provide a supporting portfolio of original and effective creative.
- Design roll out: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work to a deadline, delivering a large amount of assets of various specs to a high standard.
- Ability to read and follow a brief, adhere to brand guidelines, take on feedback so as to produce strong design assets.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite & relevant digital software.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva or similar apps a plus but not essential as training can be provided. Willingness to learn and pick up new skills highly regarded.
- Basic After Effects skills and a desire to broaden skillset a big plus.

**_ Key relationships with other roles and external stakeholders_**
- Reports into Senior Designer
- Collaborates with other Creatives (Producers, Creatives and Designers) on a project-by-project basis.
- Works closely with stakeholders across the wider Creative and Marketing teams.
