What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience or work in a high-level administrative position is desirable
- Be proactive and a self-starter
- Previous experience managing tasks at the one time
- Good Computer skills and the ability to learn and maintain client information through relevant data bases
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to work in a busy office and service environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and understand prioritising tasks in a methodical and dedicated manner
- Demonstrate a great deal of initiative
- Commitment
- Experience in recruitment, care agency, NDIS, customer service roles, administration, the understanding of business operations would be an advantage.
- You are great with people and offer excellent customer service
- You are organised and have attention to detail
- You have good written and verbal communication skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are eligible to work in Australia

**Salary**: $44,634.90 - $79,909.53 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
