**The Opportunity**

Working with the National Conversion Marketing Manager & Marketing team members, develop, agree and execute an integrated direct marketing program that contributes to growing the database, improves customer loyalty, visitation, segmentation and spend across Stockland group divisions.

**About the Role**
- Work closely with the conversion, marketing platforms, CRM, web and business teams to enrich customer data, improve data capture and create data capture points to enable automation, analytics and predictive programs.
- Manage & execute National communications program for Retail B2C.
- Manage and maintain a framework and best-practice guideline for decentralised deployment of adhoc direct marketing activity.
- Work closely with the national campaigns team to deliver compelling direct marketing support of national campaign activity.
- Work with internal/agency support teams to develop, maintain and deploy standard best practice eDM templates for decentralised deployment.
- Deliver direct marketing performance reporting and engage in actions to optimise the performance of direct marketing activity.
- Develop strong relationships with the national and local area marketers teams to ensure engaged execution of the direct marketing strategy.

**About You**
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (or similar ESP - eg. Marketo)
- Understanding of the property industry and key customer groups
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to utilise/adapt to marketing technology systems
- Ability to develop a big picture perspective, but also see and deliver on detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
