AALIA’s team welcomes guests on a journey through a selection of menus telling tales about the origin and inspiration of every dish that showcases the beautiful Middle Eastern and North African regions of the world, flanked by oceans, rivers, and seas. The culinary team led by Executive Chef Paul Farag has spent years exploring dishes and techniques from lesser-known regions and coastlines of the Middle East and North Africa. THE ROLE

We are looking for a quality bar back to join the team on a casual or full-time basis, as a bar back at ESCA, you will need the following experience and skills, as well as a positive attitude:

- 1+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage
- Worked in casual fine dining settings
- Good communication skills, attitude, and be a team player
