About the Role:
As an Operations Support team member in our delivery centre, you will ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. With a background in customer service and, ideally, some warehouse or transportation experience, you will be responsible for preparing daily reports, processing packages and returns, and responding to customer inquiries. You'll collaborate with call centers, delivery partners, and Operation Supervisors while managing data entry and escalating special cases as needed. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment will help drive the team's success.
Please note: This full-time position is scheduled for Friday-Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday off) from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily reports to ensure accurate tracking of operations.
- Process pending packages and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries forwarded by the call center, providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners, and Operation Supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain accurate records.
- Escalate special cases or concerns to supervisors for further resolution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a warehouse position and in the transportation sector (ideally).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Strong customer service skills with a dynamic, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
