**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Bells Creek**

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Engineering Manager to join the team, at Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions, Bells Creek, QLD. This role will see you lead and manage the Maintenance function, driving engineering support and planning which consistently delivers the full range of engineering services across multiple sites and project activities. To ensure the plant has mínimal lost time due to mechanical fault/failure, whilst supporting the business achieve its operational and strategic goals through facilitating the optimal use of current and future assets.

**ABOUT YOU**

**You will bring with you**:

- Experience in a large manufacturing/processing FMCG environment
- Experience in capital expenditure and team leading within large capex project works
- Strong team management experience and skills
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.

**Qualifications required**:

- Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Electrician, and/or
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fitter/Turner
- 10+ years in similar engineering and maintenence function
