Parts Sales Representative
- West Heidelberg, Melbourne
- 12 Month Maternity Leave Position
- An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join a well-established manufacturing business.

About the business and the Role:
ProReman/RDSA is a long established and growing business powered by Epiroc a large global company. ProReman/RDSA is the market leader in the manufacture of rock drills and drills parts for the mining industry.

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role offers a diversity of activities including all functions to support our customers. From taking sales enquiries, preparing quotations, processing customer orders along with other customer order fulfillment duties. Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers
- Ensure sales and enquiries are attended to with customer first mindset and completed accurately with regular contact
- Collaborate with our team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with our team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained of sales items
- Processing of customer orders and requests for quotation/P&A
- Following up on customer quotes to convert to sale and provide feedback
- Maintain confidentiality over sales and customer information (within company requirements)
- Obtain and report on customer feedback with the aim to continuously improve the customer experience
- Participate and contribute collaboratively to internal meetings

Essential Position Requirements:
To be considered for this role you will possess these key skills and experience:

- Interest or experience in industrial/mining or manufacturing sales
- Internal and external report writing skills, with high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with MYOB or WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders
- Listening to and understanding customer requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Competent computer skills using Microsoft office and support systems
- Highly organised and flexible
- Analyse customer trends and data
- Conduct solutions driven research on technical data and products
