**About the Role**

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning and evaluating strategies to drive revenue growth for our business. This involves marketing products and services, and converting leads into sales. Additionally, you will research and develop new business opportunities, making it crucial to stay current with the latest marketing trends and monitor competitors and industry developments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve marketing and sales staff goals by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
- Develop annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and setting annual sales quotas for regions.
- Achieve marketing and sales goals by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
- Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through periodic visits.
- Collect, analyse, and summarise data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop and execute campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media efforts, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics, including lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
- Plan and execute events, promotions, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility.

- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and other sales tools.
- Skilled in planning, organisation and project management.
