**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's services, including web design, SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the team to understand the technical aspects of our services and how to effectively market them to clients
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for the services we offer
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence in the market
- See all marketing ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee their distribution
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for company growth
- Oversee the operations of the marketing department, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company’s goals
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of marketing techniques and principles, including web design, SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A good team player with a customer-oriented approach.

**Salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the final interview.**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
