**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide support in organizing and conducting customer feedback surveys.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- A degree or diploma in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
