About the Role:
As the Accounting Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of a professional and motivated finance team, ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our accounting function. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical skills with hands-on leadership in a vibrant hotel setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Financial & General Ledger Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and prepayments
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Support external audit preparation and compliance

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements and reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide insights to management to support business decisions

Reconciliations & Compliance
- Perform and review reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet items
- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to accounting standards

Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Sound knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous
