- Previous experience in Pathology Billing and Ultra system is ideal**Role Purpose**:

- Providing direct support to the AR Contact Centre Lead in overseeing the daily operations of the Inbound Contact Centre**Key responsibilities**:

- First point of escalation for our Contact Centre.
- Quality control measures and reporting to Manager including.
- Audits
- Phone call monitoring
- Phone queues / service levels
- Wrap up codes and reporting
- Invoice/Receipt request
- Refund request
- Medicare refunds
- Defence reprocessing
- Coaching & training
- Assisting in KPI management

**About you**
- To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated people leader with excellent interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
- Customer service experience in AR role
- ULTRA experience and sound understanding of accounting principles.
- High level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, the ability to always maintain confidentiality and the ability to effectively manage and partner with a team (e.g., offshore)
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work to meet deadlines, excellent Customer Service and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent attention to detail
