The role
Reporting to the Store Development Project Manager, this role provides support to 'Witchery, Mimco' and Politix' brands by coordinating fitouts and refurbishments of stores. If you are looking to join a fast paced organisation with a collaborative team environment, this will be an exciting opportunity to explore.
Key responsibilities
- The co-ordination of fit-outs for new stores, and refurbishment of existing
- Sourcing, ordering and liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Source and manage quotes and budgets
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Liaising with shopfitters to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget
- Liaising with retail managers and staff
- Council approvals
- Follow-up construction requirements
- Follow up and resolve fit-out defects
- Updating and maintaining schedules - lighting plans, finishes & furniture schedules
- Organise and maintain store project files
- Sourcing finishes for existing and upcoming stores
- Communicating time-frames to head office team and external suppliers and contractors
- Follow-up on construction to ensure that it meets the design requirements and design brief from the architects, engineers, and to meet council requirements
- Ensure all aspects of the project management are carefully coordinated, communicated and completed.
