Project Coordinator

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion. This includes ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project scope and design.
  • Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Monitor budgets and financial planning to keep projects on track.
  • Manage construction and contractor activities.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain smooth project execution.

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator who can manage small to medium-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of development, construction, and fit-outs. They will also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
