**Position Overview**:
The Director Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring efficient and effective management of their schedule and responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual who can handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Director, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings and appointments involving the Director.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- **Project Assistance**: Support the Director with special projects and initiatives, including research, data collection, and analysis.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, client meetings, and other activities as directed by the Director.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documents and handling tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
