**Role Details**

The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking a **Program** **Manager** to join the Office of the Chief Operating Officer a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

- Providing high level strategic advice to the Chief Operating Officer across all areas of corporate governance.
- Liaising with senior executives regarding a range of complex strategic and operational matters.
- Leading sensitive and strategic corporate governance and policy initiatives on priority issues.
- Managing significant DCP projects to ensure that government initiatives are delivered on time and to a very high standard.

**About You**

We are looking for a strategic leader with significant project management experience within a human services system.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will provide expert advice, engage with diverse staff, and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
