**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to work alongside our administration team to provide customers with excellent customer experiences by managing a high volume of orders and enquiries at our Forrestfield depot in Perth. Supporting the warehouse and transport operations, you will be responsible for customer service and administration of customer orders. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, be cool under pressure and be able to hit the ground running.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of all incoming/outgoing orders
- Manage customer enquiries and stock
- Stock control including participating in stock takes when required.
- Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled.
