**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- An excellent opportunity is available for an accomplished, professional and efficient Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living & Executive Director Nursing, Midwifery and Aged Care Clinical Practice.
- You will be a highly organised individual, with strong MS Office skills, a strong business sense and excellent communication skills, confidentiality, professionalism and exemplary attention to detail all being at your core. You are adaptable, especially when dealing with shifting and ever-changing priorities.
- This is a unique opportunity to work within Mercy Health a true leader within the industry. Duties will involve but are not limited to the following:

- Pro-active calendar management.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Chief Executive Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living & Executive Director Nursing, Midwifery and Aged Care Clinical Practice.
- Build strong relationships with the Chief Executive Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living & Executive Director Nursing, Midwifery and Aged Care Clinical Practice, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the team.
- Act as co-ordinator, manager and minute/action-taker for Executive meetings.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Chief Executive Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living & Executive Director Nursing, Midwifery and Aged Care Clinical Practice’s ability to effectively lead the organisation.
- Manage and co-ordinate production of key reports and presentations as requested.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Seniors Living & Executive Director Nursing, Midwifery and Aged Care Clinical Practice including those of a highly confidential and critical nature.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Prior experience working in an Executive Assistant role, with a primary focus of supporting a Chief Executive.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology
- An exceptional level of integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete a high level of tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders in a confident, professional and courteous manner both verbally and written.
- Business sense - has a strong business sense and an ability to prioritise.
- Prior experience working with the health and or aged care setting would be highly regarded but is not essential.
