Our Client Success team is fundamental in delivering a superb product experience for our customers, providing them with the expertise, technology and guidance they need to transform their business, realise their value and own their future.
As a **Client Services Executive,**you will support our APAC customers who are using our cloud-based software products to maximise the use of our platform, making sure that all features and benefits are fully utilised. **Some of the key activities for this role are**:
- Elevate customer service standards to redefine excellence in every interaction.
- Enable customer empowerment through personalised onboarding, guidance, education, and training on the Ansarada platforms.
- Proactively addressing customer technical inquiries and challenges, serving as a trusted advisor on Ansarada's suite of products.
- Top of Form
- Strategically identify opportunities for customer expansion and capitalise on upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Bottom of Form
- Identify remarkable customer stories that can be used throughout the broader business.
- Providing closed-loop feedback between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure continuous process optimisation.

- demonstrate proficiency in navigating various digital platforms, tools, and systems. (MS Suite, Slack, Teams, Jira, CRMs, Mac environment)
- are adaptable and agile in the face of rapid technological changes, readily incorporating new information and techniques into workflows.
- communicate with clarity and empathy, building rapport and trust through engaging conversations and active listening.
- can work a roster of shifts ranging between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm Mon - Fri and rotating weekend shifts.
