Shangri-La Sydney is looking for Purser within our Horizon Club. To provide guest service, handles the set up of daily Horizon Club reservations, check-in and checkout of guests, food and beverage service, as well as clearing dishes and maintaining a tidy Lounge and pantry area.

**About the Role**:
- Maintain maximum Horizon Club presence and exposure; establish and preserve a friendly yet professional relationship with hotel patrons.
- Prepares arrival and ensures a smooth check-in and escort to guest room or lift as a minimum.
- Informs relevant staff of any special requirements.
- Obtains departure details from guests and updates relevant information in the computer.
- Assist with general guest enquires.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager - Horizon Club, Service Leader and Front Office Management.
**About You**:
- Previous exposure in an Executive Club Lounge
- Previously worked in Front Office and understands the check-in/check-out process
- Experience in OPERA
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Proven ability to work under pressure - unsupervised
- Available on a full time capacity for a 7 day-rotating roster
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must have RSA certification
