**Your new role**
Temporary Reception / Administration support.
Daily duties may include:
- Diary management
- Travel and accomodation bookings
- Preparing presentations and general reports
- Prepare visitor passes
- Manage staff parking bookings
- Meeting management including AV equipment and furniture set up
- Data entry and raising PO's
- Dealing with suppliers
- Ordering kitchen and stationery supplies
- Managing key register
- Reconciling expenses
- Mail, banking, scanning, filing
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous administration support experience in a corporate environment, available to commence at short notice and willing to provide recent and relevant referees.
