Your new company

You will be working with a well
- known company on the maintenance of five existing urban roads and tunnels in Brisbane area.

Your new role
- Effective management of administration of subcontract and supplier contracts
- Conduct tender reviews, contract acceptances, contract reviews
- Leading commercial input into procurement and preparation of subcontract documents
- Negotiation and administration of subcontract and supplier contracts within budgets
- Maintain regular contact with resource users and contractors to ensure all contractual issues are addressed in an effective/efficient manner
- Review changes and claims for the project and analyse and resolve claims in terms of size and quantum and potentially settle disputes.
- Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assessing subcontractor claims, invoices, and variations
- Preparation of project monthly report including providing workings completed, programmed, and cost data
