We’re seeking a Head of Marketing - B2C to lead our global growth strategy, driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention across APAC, AMER, and EMEA.
Our primary B2C audience is parents of preschool and early primary-aged children who want to give their kids a confident start in reading and maths. You know how to reach them with the right message, through the right channels, to inspire action.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll shape and execute a high-impact marketing roadmap built on performance, experimentation, and customer insight — accelerating our next stage of growth.
**What**you’ll** do**
- Lead global B2C growth strategy: Build and execute data-led marketing plans that drive acquisition, activation, and retention across web and app ecosystems.
- Own the performance funnel: Manage paid media, SEO, and ASO to deliver against growth and LTV targets.
- Champion experimentation: Build a culture of continuous improvement through rapid testing, learning, and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Development, and Customer Support to align acquisition and retention strategies to product experience.
- Lead and inspire a global team: Develop capability and accountability across markets, empowering a high-performing, results-driven team.
- Report and optimize: Define KPIs, measure campaign ROI, and communicate marketing impact through clear attribution and insight.
**What**you’ll** bring**
- 8+ years in digital or growth marketing, ideally within a subscription, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
- Proven success scaling B2C growth through paid performance, SEO, lifecycle, and CRM channels.
- Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, conversion optimization, and LTV modelling.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation, and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution in a fast-moving, global business.
- Strong collaborator and communicator, able to influence across functions and geographies.
- A natural coach and leader who builds capability, curiosity, and accountability in their team.
