Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Electronics Technician for our Sunshine Coast facility.

Responsibilities

  • Fault-finding, testing, and repairing circuit boards in aircraft electronics.
  • Reading and interpreting circuit diagrams and specifications.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of electronics and proficiency with test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analysers, and multimeters.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical maintenance staff, both verbal and written.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in electronic repairs
  • Soldering skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A desire to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with aviation radio communication, television, or audio equipment
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • A knack for remembering key information will be a big plus in this role
