**About Abergeldie**:
Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with close to 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Regents Park. Day to day you will;
- Answer telephones in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Manage boardroom and meeting room calendars.
- Organise catering for meetings and functions as required.
- Ensure the office environment including reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, stationary room and kitchen are always clean and tidy.
- Manage office supplies.
- Coordinate courier bookings.
- Assist in coordinating company events (morning teas, team BBQ’s etc)
- Coordinate and maintain seating allocations and seating plans, contact lists, office space organisation, and logistics for new staff.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office improvements.
- Provide general administrative assistance to facilitate the office's seamless operation.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Regents Park. Hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
