**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage the Employee Life Cycle**: Oversee all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance reviews, development, and offboarding.
- **Provide Training and Performance Feedback**: Organise and oversee training programs, ensure team members meet performance standards, and provide regular feedback to promote growth.
- **Act as the Primary Point of Contact for Staffing Inquiries**: Serve as the central liaison for all staffing-related questions and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- **Rostering**: Plan and manage rosters for multiple clinics, balancing operational needs with staff availability and responding to after-hours requests as needed.
- **Dispute Management**: Address and resolve staffing disputes or conflicts professionally and efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a **Dental Assistant** or **Receptionist** (minimum 1 year required).
- Strong customer service skills (minimum 1 year preferred).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to respond to after-hours staffing requests.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
