**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the college's HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-notch faculty members, staff, and administrative professionals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process that aligns with the college's academic goals.
- Implement best practices for performance management, employee development, and recognition programs to nurture a positive work culture.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, workshops, and activities to promote a sense of community and teamwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from college staff and faculty members, providing timely and compassionate support.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess HR effectiveness and inform decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in an educational institution or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with tact and diplomacy.
- High level of organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
