**Executive Assistant/Office Manager**
It’s an exciting time to join the team at Melbourne Grammar School. Here, you’ll find purpose in your work and undertake a versatile position supporting the Community Relations team.
Using your sound administrative skills, you’ll support the Director of Community Relations and the Community Relations team across a wide range of commitments. Working as a key member of the Community Relations team, you’ll contribute to team-based tasks, support team activities, coordinate projects and foster productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
**You will**
- have demonstrated experience and confidence in working with senior executives
- excellent interpersonal skills with capacity to build relationships and to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, including senior teaching staff, general staff, and external stakeholders
- exceptional attention to detail
- have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarisation with database programs, particularly Synergetic, will be highly favourable
- be a proven and positive team player, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
A Working with Children Check, or the ability to gain this, is essential for this position.

This role is based at our St Kilda Road campus in South Yarra. You will work with the staff within Community Relations which includes the Development Office, Alumni and Community Relations, Admissions, Marketing and Communications, Archives, as well as the other staff from across the School.
