Novo Shoes Castle Towers is hiring NOW for a Full Time Store Manager 38 hrs per week on a Tuesday-Saturday roster

1x per month Monday & Tuesday RDO with a late night shift

As a Store Manager you will work directly with the Assistant Store Manager to organise, plan and implement strategies to increase team performance. You will provide the Area Manager with support to ensure the operational activities of the store are completed in a timely manner, from organising incoming/outgoing stock, processing sales to generating sales reports and responding to customer concerns.

We’re looking for a friendly and ambitious professional who wants to begin or continue a career in retail store management. Previous experience in a leadership role will be beneficial but not a necessity

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
