**Your New Role**:

Located at MM Security’s National Service Centre in Clayton South, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of duties related to MM Security’s large product range (including access control, intrusion alarm, CCTV, Intercom and IP camera systems).

Specifically, you will be involved in:

- Handling technical enquiries and escalations from the various profit centre locations across Australia
- Providing technical support regarding warranty, testing, troubleshooting
- Managing the technical knowledge base system
- Identifying product issues & liaising with manufacturers to provide solutions
- Testing and assessing the new products & providing detailed reports to the Product Team
- Delivering presentations/demonstrations of the various technologies

**About You**:

- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Prior Technical Support experience in the Security or IT industry
- Technical experience across CCTV, intrusion alarm, access control and intercom systems
- Strong IP networking knowledge
- A strong technical interest and aptitude
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experienced with Office 365
- Able to think creatively and adapt to diverse challenges
- Patient and empathetic team player, with a genuine dedication to assisting others
