**Pay per billable hour**:

- Behaviour Support Specialist $90-100 per hour (including super), with a pre-set raise of $10 at 6 months + 10% in GST
- Senior Behaviour Support Specialist: $110-120 per hour (including super)

E.g. the rate of $110 is a hourly package of $99.5 + $10.5 super + $10 GST ($120) ++

**The Role Requirements**:

- A passion a willingness to undertake specialized training
- Relevant qualifications
- Strong independent drive
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in behaviour management, including developing and implementing behaviour support plans
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commissions requirements around restrictive practices
- Experience in providing training of behaviour management strategies
- Ability to _form_ relationships and _work_ with individuals, families, carers, staff and others
- Drivers license, Car, Laptop, Phone required (by commencement date)
- ABN + Professional indemnity and liability insurance (by commencement date)
- Police Check and WWCC
- For Senior Position: 2+ years’ experience in the field required

**Time Commitments**:

- Minimum: 16-22 billable hours a week x 46 weeks a year
- 1-3 hours of supervision for the continued development of junior behaviour support specialists, every 6 weeks.
- 1 hour of peer-based supervision every 1 month + additional supervision as needed
- Active engagement in team meetings once every 2 months via video chat additional to involvement in team outings
