Role Description

This is a 4 day a week role - As a Senior Dermal Clinician at Aesthetica, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results-driven treatments while building strong, long-term patient relationships. This is a hands-on position for an experienced clinician who is confident in prescribing tailored treatment plans, driving rebooking's, and recommending homecare solutions. You will work closely with our Cosmetic Doctors, contributing to a truly holistic patient experience, while also working towards individual and clinic-wide KPIs that come with generous incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Dermal Clinician or in a senior skin clinic role.
  • A proven track record in rebooking patients and achieving product sales targets.
  • Advanced dermal knowledge with excellent consultation and communication skills.
  • Passion for results-driven skin health and helping patients achieve lasting confidence.
  • Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
