**Personal Assistant to Company Director**

**About Us**

We are a thriving business dedicated to providing high-quality within our community. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our business director in driving our mission forward.

**The Role**:
As the Personal Assistant to the Business Owner, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the business. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Approximately 20 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the business owner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the business owner.
- Coordinate and support business projects, including regulatory compliance, staff training, and marketing initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with financial tasks such as payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Organize events, meetings, and professional development sessions for the childcare team.
- Support the implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the business owner’s day-to-day needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a small business or childcare/education sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of the childcare industry or regulatory requirements is a plus but not essential.
