**What You Will Be Doing**
The Clinical Educator - Mental Health (Undergraduate) is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams. The clinical educator demonstrates flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on education to mitigate risk, advancing clinical practice and developing staff along the novice to expert continuum. The clinical educator works competently within their scope of practice delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice as well as hospital policy and guidelines. This position will participate in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Qualified Mental Health Nurse who is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership, research or relevant clinical are
- Current and extensive experience working within Mental Health Nursing
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
