**What You Will Be Doing**

The Principal Psychology Educator will work closely with the Director of Psychology and the Learning Hub to lead a newly formed psychology education team at Peninsula Health. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning, development and implementation of evidenced-based supervision, training, education and professional development programs to support all psychologists and psychology registrars employed by Peninsula Health and postgraduate students on placement. The Principal Psychology Educator will also lead quality and research initiatives and provide expert psychological advice and contribute to broader organisation educational activities.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registration as a Psychology with endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology or Forensic Psychology, as well as current registration as a supervisor
- Experience in supervising students and staff, and in delivering education programs
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership, implementation and evaluation of service development, quality improvement and/or research activities
- Experience working in public mental health or other relevant setting

Essential: Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia with an endorsement in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or Forensic Psychology

Essential: Experience in supervising students and staff, and in delivering education programs

Essential: Valid Victorian driver’s license

Desirable: Experience working in public mental health or other relevant area
