**What You Will Be Doing**

The Clinical Educator - Emergency is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams. The clinical educator demonstrates flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on education to mitigate risk, advance clinical practice and develop staff along the novice to expert continuum.

The Clinical Educator works competently within their scope of practice delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice as well as hospital policy and guidelines. This position will participate in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration condition free
- Postgraduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
- Current and extensive experience working within an emergency setting
- Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC HEALTH SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020 - 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience. It is strongly recommened to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 for this role
