**About you**

You’ll also be proficient in direct-to-customer sales with a track history of converting cold and warm leads into sales. As the first point of contact for potential customers and their loved ones, you’ll need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills and communicate to engage a diverse range of audiences.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Provensuccess identifying andclosingbusiness opportunities.
- Building long-term relationships with businesses to generate leads.
- Experience with planning strategic sales campaigns alongside marketing.
- Reporting against KPIs and your impact on business performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A relevant bachelors level degree or equivalent experience in a Business Development environment within the disability sector.

The role will be predominately remote. The incumbent will require a full driver’s licence and the ability to undertake regular travel intrastate, including to our Berri and Mt. Gambier offices.
