**Role**:
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the school by covering classes when teachers are absent, engaging local and agency CRTs when required.
- Maintain an accurate record of class coverage details, staff absences, CRTs and relevant leave details.
- Assist casual relief teachers within the school to ensure they¿re able to successfully support with student learning and wellbeing.
- Create and make adjustments to specialist and yard duty timetables based on staff absences and school events.
- Facilitate induction for new and returning staff.
- Complete OHS induction for all visitors to the school.
- Provide support with school grounds and maintenance.
- Undertake relevant occupational health and safety requirements and, where necessary, risk assessments within the relative work area.
- Support with termly school-based OHS committee meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, as required.
- Working closely with the leadership team to ensure staffing arrangements align with budget allocations.
