The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individuals to join the third party management team on a permanent full-time basis.

You will aim to convert third parties to our accredited repair network while also offering the most appropriate mobility solution.

This is a rare entry level role into the insurance industry. The role provides an interesting opportunity for an individual with a background in motor insurance who has strong communication and negotiation skills.

The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to:

- Convert third parties to our accredited smash repair network
- Identify suitable mobility solutions for third parties
- Determine liability
- Collect necessary information to progress a claim
- Provide a valued service to third parties, increasing satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
- Improve QBE’s reputation to promptly pay valid claims and provide quality customer service
- Reduce claims life cycle
- Reduce QBE’s third-party exposure

What does success look like?
- Individuals with great experience in Customer Service, Call Centre or a Sales environment
- Claims handling experience is a bonus but not essential
- Experience with motor insurance is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- The ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
