We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Fitness and Wellness Operations Coordinator** to oversee the day-to-day operations of Curtin University’s fitness programs and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-quality wellness programs and create an exceptional member experience for our community. You will play a vital role in delivering our fitness and wellness strategy while ensuring that safety, customer service, and program delivery are consistently of the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day fitness operations, including group classes and wellness programs
- Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for use
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a network of instructors to ensure efficient operation of the group fitness timetable
- Monitor industry trends to keep Curtin’s programs innovative
- Maintain accurate records of membership and attendance
- Use digital tools to enhance member experience and efficiency

**About You**:

- Relevant qualifications in fitness, sports science, or personal training
- Experience in managing fitness programs and teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting
- Valid **Working with Children Check** and **First Aid Certificate**:

- Full working rights in Australia and currently living in Perth, WA.
