**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documentation for visa lodgments.
- Assist with case management and maintaining client records in the company’s system.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Previous experience in migration assistance or a related field.**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
