Statutory planner - Band 5 role
- Local Council - Melbourne's South East
- Two to three days in the office, rest working from home

Public Sector People are currently recruiting a Band 5 planner for a metro council, South East of the City. This is an initial three month contract, but likely to be extended on an on-going basis.

Great opportunity to get a foot in with a busy council. To be successful you must have some Local Government experience, either from a student placement or in a professional capacity.

This is a really supportive environment for a planner early on in their career, you will be provided with plenty of training and development opportunities.

This will be a mix of office and working from home arrangement. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience, $35p/h - $42 p/h.

**Requirements Include**:

- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline. Or in the process of completing a tertiary qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Some form of professional planning experience.
