**What you'll do**:

- Media campaign reporting and press wraps;
- Distributing company media releases;
- Pulling together and distributing weekly newsletter;
- Updating of all publicity and radio databases, documents and templates;
- Putting together media and team presentations and for setting up meetings;
- Booking meeting rooms and offsite locations for meetings, events and interviews;
- Organising and set-up artist riders ahead of promo days;
- Book partner travel;
- Radio and TV servicing;
- Responsible for all company radio reporting;
- Priority sheets for radio meetings;
- Liaising with marketing managers for music servicing files and information;
- Submitting radio ID requests to marketing managers;
- Management of artist relations calendar;
- Organisation of artist welcome gifts and media gifts;
- Executing phone and video interviews for all artists when required;
- Accompaning artists on promo when doing media interviews when required;
- Management of artist schedule logistics and travel alongside the publicists;
- Assisting at offsite radio and/or publicity events including concerts;
- Attending company events and concerts when required;
- Updating company planning calendar;
- Assisting publicity and radio teams with any ad-hoc admin tasks as required;
- Sony Music office reception lunch break cover (daily) plus additional reception or general office cover from time to time on an ad-hoc basis

**Who you are**:

- Availability and flexibility to balance your working hours to include some evening work and weekends;
- A passion and love of administration and supporting others;
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA, Teams and ZOOM;
- A strong can-do and positive attitude;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- A love of logistics and strong organisational skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships;
- Ability to remain calm and think constructively under pressure;
- Must thrive in a team environment and be able to take initiative and work independently;
- Previous experience supporting teams and multi-tasking;
- A passion for music and media.
